Big Sky

DP/Directed Big Sky campaign for North by Northwest. I wanted a super 8mm look, so I shot on 16mm (Arri SR2), and pushed the 800T stock a full stop, rating at 1600 and cropping the negative to further amplify grain. I had a brand new Russian Super-8mm camera (Kvarts (Quarz) 1X8C-2) that I loved to shoot Kodachrome on, but I felt Super 8mm wasn't fit for a professional setting.
